The 91¾«Ñ¡ (91¾«Ñ¡) Office of Special Education is seeking proposals to establish one Statewide center for the purposes of providing 91¾«Ñ¡ directed technical assistance and professional development in the area of Special Education Mediation to individuals who serve as 91¾«Ñ¡ State special education mediators. In addition, the center will work to promote the use of special education mediation statewide as a dispute resolution option for parents and school districts, provide reimbursement of mediation administrative costs to the State's twenty (20) Community Dispute Resolution Centers (CDRCs) and collect and report data on special education mediation sessions conducted throughout the State.
